Martial arts and healing have been linked together for centuries. In the past, many outstanding teachers of the martial arts also practiced healing. One such martial art teacher was Professor Henry S. Okazaki.  In the 1920’s he preserved a style of Hawaiian lomi lomi massage.  This outstanding massage routine is done almost entirely with the elbow.
