This video demonstrates a Hawaiian Lomi Lomi routine as preserved by famed Hawaiian jiu jitsu master, Professor Henry S. Okazaki. This outstanding DVD is hosted by Daniel E. Andrews III, M.D., the Director of the Napa Valley School of Massage.

Martial arts and healing have been linked together for centuries. In the past, many outstanding teachers of the martial arts also practiced healing. One such martial art teacher was Professor Henry S. Okazaki.  In the 1920’s he preserved a style of Hawaiian lomi lomi massage.  This outstanding massage routine is done almost entirely with the elbow. So well known was Professor Okazaki’s “Famous Elbow Method” that he treated many famous visitors to Hawaii including President Franklin D. Roosevelt.  In this DVD, Daniel E. Andrews III, M.D. presents this Hawaiian massage step by step. The Okazaki Hawaiian Long Life Massage is a “must have” for students and practitioners of Hawaiian lomi lomi.
